Returns & Refund Policy

At Ekurv, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a clear and fair return process in line with EU consumer protection laws.

1. 14-Day Right of Return

As an online customer in the European Union, you have the legal right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.

To start a return, simply contact us at info@ekurv.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you want to return
  • The reason for return (optional)
  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Include accessories, manuals, and tags where applicable
  • Not show signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The return is caused by our error

We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Returns are processed through our warehouse network in Portugal, Spain, Germany, or Denmark.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

The refund includes the product price and standard delivery charges originally paid. Additional charges for express or premium shipping are non-refundable.

5. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ekurv.com.

Please provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.

We will offer the fastest solution, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Full refund
  • Partial refund
  • Store credit

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sealed hygiene or beauty items once opened
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Items damaged through misuse

These exceptions are in line with EU withdrawal law.

If you have not received your refund after the approved period:

Some banks may require additional processing time.
