If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to change or cancel it.

Ekurv is proudly based in Portugal and serves customers across Europe.

To ensure fast delivery, we use our own warehouse network in Portugal, Spain, Germany, and Denmark. This allows us to process orders efficiently and reduce delivery times across Europe.

We work with trusted carriers including:

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Portugal & Spain: 2–5 business days
  • Germany and nearby countries: 3–6 business days
  • Northern Europe: 4–8 business days

Returns & Refunds

Yes. Customers in the EU have the legal right to return their order within 14 days of receiving it.

Once your returned item is received and approved, refunds are usually processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
